Praia da Gamboa is a very quiet place, ideal for those who seek tranquility with nature. A combination of hills, dunes, shores and a crystalline sea are part of the scenery. Belonging to Garopaba, Gamboa is the northernmost beach in the city and the farthest from the center. The quiet village has some small bars and restaurants, good inns, and it can be reached by the BR-101, by the entrance of the City of Paulo Lopes, or leaving from Garopaba, by a dirt road of 15Km through the hill, which offers a beautiful sight.
Chegar na Gamboa é fácil pois a estrada é bem sinalizada. Seguindo pelo interior de Garopaba, o trajeto será via morro do Siriú, subindo à esquerda rumo à Paulo Lopes. Prepare-se, pois a estrada é como uma colcha de retalhos: Pedra, asfalto, chão e anti-pó. No entanto, a chegada compensa! Também é possível chegar à Praia da Gamboa via BR-101, entrando no trevo de Paulo Lopes e seguindo por 10 Km.
